In the rat race formally known as our sticks and bricks life Aaron was working 70 + hours a week in the Corporate Restaurant industry and I (Jeanette) was (and still is) a Office Administrative Manager.
On one of Aaron's long term work trip's we realized that our work life had taken over and we had little to no free time to spend with one

Was this really the life that we had been working so hard for? We decided to take the plunge on a new adventure and sell everything to travel fulltime in a Rv. After 5 years we have started planning our craziest adventure yet. Building a desert off grid homestead in Arizona.
It started with a crazy idea from our youngest son where he was going to sell everything he had and travel the US full time while living out of a van.

living this lifestyle has allowed us to travel the world and disconnect ourselves from the typical rat race!
Over the years it has evolved from a class C with no towable to a fifth wheel and now we are starting our journey at creating a home base in Arizona and building a desert off grid homestead

Traveling by RV can be challenging at times. When we first started out on the road one of our biggest challenges was where to dump our grey and black tanks when in between RV Resorts. It took a little investigating and planning but we finally figured out how to find RV dump stations.
